No, when stationary they have the reload.
I haven’t heard anything about selfdestruction.
in the end the devs are going to add whatever radar they want
When Czechoslovakia tree?
When Polish tree?
When Yugoslavia tree?
The ones buying the jet, know the full capability of the vehicle as that is discussed in private among military procurement specialist in most every country. This is just a vague “we’ve increased radar range by 100%” comment that while it does mean something, could also mean he’s referring to irbis and being intentionally vague as he was through most of the interview.
so that only solidifies that it is just a further upgraded N-011M
Hopefully… never.
Central-Eastern European TT - sure.
exactly
In the radar characteristics, not of the radar characteristics. Wth, what is the video? I want to watch it, what is the timecode?
That is just 3 C&P trees of German, US and Soviet with some local pizaz tech tbh
Cool, can you tell me the name of the vid, please, In my country youtube is non-existent, :^)

Czechoslovakia and Poland exported more vehicles to east Germany than they imported from Germany
You are right, they basically said that they “Nearly” doubled the range. So, thats can’t be more than 2 times more and its not even 2 times more.
Sounds like it really is a modification of an existing radar with “Nearly doubled” range. 250km or something, I guess?
-“We practically doubled the range of the radar in comparison with 30SM. For ground targets, naval targets, air targets, every type of them.”
-“2 times more?”
-“Yes, nearly 2 times more”
So I did a bit more selective searching and from what I’m gaining is that the Bars-R is fully Russian with Russian electronics compared to the Bars on Su-30SM and the export frames, this also includes scan upgrades but not so sure about scan angles.
Edit: it also has more processing power.
Also I watched the video, it’s still vague.
And we restricted by just Cold War stuff?
what do you mean by that?
SM2 so peak
