Because it would just be too much vehicles in one tree, Czechoslovakia would make a great tech tree with Poland becuase they co-operate very nicely.
What Poland lacks in lower tiers Czechoslovakia can help with (Ukraine can’t) and what Czechoslovakia lacks in top tier Poland can easily fill in
