We don’t even need the E, they could have just given us the NG, but no, we must get another yank plane. Just like the other yank plane. Not opposed to Finland as a subtree, but I picked Sweden for Swedish kit. The F18 doesn’t address the issues with the tree, it’s just an excuse to not have the NG.

They could have also made rank VIII MBTs the focus of the update for air superiority and give everyone an equal MBT, but they didn’t and only made Germany and Sweden more dominant.
Gaijin doesn’t really do parity updates for ground. I can’t remember the last balanced update for ground.

I was not one of those people, i would much rather criticize the fact they have the best AGM imaginable, and honest to god i died more to VT1 than pantsirs in the EF, it ain’t all that.
I really shouldn’t have to point out the issue with your proposition, given you managed it pretty fine, but in case you missed it.
The Pantsir still is way better than any other SAM just for the CIWS capability
I personally don’t mind it, i would rather wait for the E and NG to come when they can actually get the mechanics they have IRL. I wouldn’t personally want to play either of them without any sort of EWS mechanics in the game just as an example. But that’s just me :)
It’s the nations that are left out that gets me. Britain (with a worse ADATS than America) and Italy (whose top-tier SPAA is only classed as a top-tier SPAA as otherwise they wouldn’t have a top-tier SPAA).

J-10B isn’t even all that substantial of an upgrade, it’s definitely not better than the Rafale we have in game right now…
Yeah, I would gladly trade the CS/SA5 for the J-10B. Especially as the CS/SA5 doesn’t look very appealing at all from what they have showcased.
Yes but the maneuverability of their missile is very bad in closer quarters (very good past 8km tho), so it’s easier to weave in and out with brimstones than against a VT1.
Than they shouldn’t have added the Strv 122B+ for Sweden and 2A7V for Germany that update, seeing as over a year later 7 of the 10 nations are still waiting to a counterparts for those.
NG would be acceptable without the mechanic, as it would provide us an adequate platform for them to develop the mechanic upon it starting development, without running the risk of shafting the E. I also want to play a Gripen, it is my favourite aircraft, and it is pretty appalling that they ahistorically nerf the C and we really should have received NG upon the introduction of EFT and Rafale.
That’s fair, the VT-1 definitely is amazing at short range
Maybe Spikes will get a flight path rework so it would actually work against APS!

In terms of CAS all they had to do was remove the Kh-38MT and that would have fixed a huge amount of the problems. Now they have gone full nuclear and nothing will be able to fly or survive.

Nerf or remove the Kh-39MT and reduce the Pantsirs range to 15km and top tier would have been pretty balanced tbh
