Well they did seem to say on the russian stream that the SLM effective range would at most be ~12-15km iirc.
So you prefer the entire ground mode to remain ruined for 3 other months rather than being saved just because 2 nations will suff… oh, wait, they WILL NOT “STILL SUFFER”.
War Thunder matches aren’t 1v1s. We get like 3-5 nations per team. You think you won’t have 1-2 nations with SAMs on your team just because yours doesn’t have it?

Yes, I would prefer if the entire ground mode remained this terrible for another update if that meant that ALL nations get their medium range SAMs.
With the way they do it right now you can end up with a team that doesn’t have access to medium range SAMs while the enemy team has both short and medium range SAMs.
