‘No proper setup’ argument was about introducing regular Leclerc with weaker ammo as a premium, and MSC isn’t that. It’s a prototype with very scarce sources about its armor etc, and new findings may greatly influence its in-game characteristics and BR. Obviously we prefer to avoid such changes with premium vehicles, especially expensive high-tier ones. Which the article is also talking about.

Worse, the US premium f18 is 12.3 while the Swiss is 12.7 with the same armament.
For a more appropriate BR for its flight performance.
Vanguard will be fun for a bit but yeah. Real shame on the new content front for all nations.
