And the Japanese have the right to receive their anti-ship missiles but not the French, it’s not as if it was the main armament of the Super Etendards

L Swiss tree. Just copy paste. And the premium F-18 is literally just a copy paste of the American premium, using all missiles Switzerland never used. We could have had a much better and more accurate Spanish subtree but no Switzerland sometimes speaks German so they clearly are the best subtree option.
