SU-57 will be ass compared to the F-22 and J-20/J-35 ngl lmao, good luck to Russian mains who will definitely manage to cope their way to artificial buffs (I can’t wait for the F-22 and J-16 mainly).

Yeah it’s so annoying, takes about 20 tries to actually post anything now, but like with the rest of WT bug fixes for the forums seems as rare as sim bug fixes

i think it is fake, the f-35 wont fit the game in the current setting
I think the leaker is also (rightfully) annoyed about Gaijin making most of the new spaa mediocre.
At least it reads that way.

the Su-57 is by far the worst 5th gen aircraft having an RCS rating higher then some 4.5th gens from the front, the literal only saving grace is its IRCCM which based on how its been modelled on the Mi28NM will probably be incredibly overpowered to make up for the complete lack of stealth

Honestly surprised they’re rushing into Gen 5 because from a gameplay perspective it’s either going to be netuered or unfun.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they try to make it more interesting by adding next gen IR missiles. Regardless, I was hoping they’d stay on Gen 4.5 for a couple years before capping off with Gen 5, but I guess Gaijin has other plans after Gen 5

By the fact that both the F-22 and J-20/J-35 seem to be more appropriate 5th generation aircraft actually incorporating stealth aspects? Pretty sure the SU-57 was mocked by Chinese citizens when it was displayed in the Zhuhai international aviation & aerospace exhibition as well lol.
Everyone overhyped the SU-30 expecting it to be blatantly unbalanced and guess what? It’s an absolute boat, the only way the SU-57 will be viable is if Gaijin gimps other nations in favour for Russia at top tier or if they artificially buff the SU-57.
Or they could always make up fictional things like when they did it for the Kh-38 (MT variant, I’m looking at you)
Honestly not too surprising that they are jumping the gun and going straight for the end of line 5th gens.
Hopefully the existing 4.5/4+ aircraft get upgrades to try and bridge the gap between them. Or even just fill in the gaps that will inevitably be left when these come.
While it will be really good to see these aircraft I do think they should test out stealth on actual fighters first with some stuff like the F-15SE or maybe F-16 Have Glass modifications just to see what stealth/rcs reduction will be like at higher tiers. Whilst both not being true stealth like the F-22 or F-35 it would give a decent look at how they would look.
This leak is the first of the off season leaks so of cause it won’t have everything and everything can still change

I hope so too, especially if stealth matters, since even stuff like the F-2 they’re adding now has some limited stealth capability

Considering the limitations in the game, it’s not too much to add the early fifth-generation machines.
with the devs silence on these spaa when asked if they will come next patch not sparking confidence compared to the F/A-18C for sweden where they said the one with CAS would come this update last time so I dont have a lot of hope for next update
