they could also just you know give it to the nations with NO spaa this update so they had some kinda counter play especially italy and the UK that are stuck with SAL brimstones with an effective range of about 7km well with in the range of pretty much every single spaa
you must have never played with germany, italy or the UK
I had so much hope and hype for APS when the black night, T-55AMD-1 and Merkava Mk.4M came out, that we would finally see more tanks with APS.
4-5 years later and this is like only the 4th (5th if we count the event T-80UM-2) new vehicle that they added with hard kill APS after the initial release of the function. It’s super dissapointing.
techincally the KF41 has a hard kill APS its just so shit that you cant tell since its meant to intercept RPGs not ATGMs or HEAT-FS
also the APS actually worth anything is the BN
soo when do we expect the update now?

Hey @Smin1080p_WT , was just wondering if the NASAMS HML (basically the Norwegian Slamraam) in consideration to perhaps arrive into sweeden? (would sugest the NASAMS Nodmad based on the G5 ACSV but its simular to the one we are getting now)

trophy is pretty useless in game at least on the Merkiva mk4M the Iron fist only has 4 charges but its what the BN uses and it can intercept darts and it makes most AGMs from CAS useless

He won’t say anything about anything that hasn’t been officially announced.
I highly doubt they would give sweden a second SPAA when half the nations still havent gotten a SAM

I don’t know much about older ones but most exceed 30km ranges and cruise at mach>3

I don’t really see a way to balance them unless they’re only capable of targeting the larger radars on multi vehicle systems
hopefully the nations that got left behind this update gets first picks and everyone with a SAM this update gets to wait 2 to 3 months
I know the UK has ALARM which italy would get, sadly with how gaijin is doing planes means germany would probably also get it unless gaijin only added ALARM to the tornado which would mean it would only go to the UK
