but I guess it won’t be so much better than other new SPAAs, SLM is still a quite small missile, but just better battery.

It’s kinda funny how some people are complaining that CAS will now be sooo hard in GRB, like that isn’t exactly what most GRB players have wanted for years now lol

Still doesn’t justify stuff like Canadian or Australian hornets since it’s the UK tt and CAN/AUS aren’t subtrees

I disagree with addition of Swiss Hornets too and Swiss sub in general but unfortunately too late

my 0.2$ but as a mostly SPAA player the “main” vehicle should be the launcher, the secondary vehicle (radar) should be controlled by AI driver and follow you around, and you have the option to take control when you need to, there should only be 1 launcher truck and 1 radar truck, not multiple instances/lives, this will have a better SPAA gameplay flow and no overload from multitasking, but its not out yet so im holding any final judgement until gaijin delivers

We ain’t even got the new SPAA’s yet and already people are demanding even crazier AGM’s & Standoff munitions to clown on them lol.

God forbid us having even one update where CAS can’t just spacebar half the enemy team with impunity.

Can’t compensate for their skill issue in tanks anymore xD

My only complaint is CAS will die to SPAA so fast that I won’t have anything to shoot down in my F-2 lol

Well stop bullying us and we will make our own stuff, fund us.

I think if people’s fixed wings are finding it harder to survive, we may well see a notable uptick in the amount of helicopters. (Particularly the F&F ones). Those are always going to be somewhat challenging for these multi vehicle batteries to deal with.

There should be plenty of those for you to smite.

fixed battery means good target for GPS ammo spam.
and they really not so much better. ISIS-T SLM is just ~177mm x ~3370mm, same diameter but shorter than AIM-120.
so if you stay in 10+km, and do some maneuver, you can get rid of them

Can’t wait to tell angry CAS players who just ate my Python-5 to just spawn a tank and counter me on land bro

cant wait to hype up all of the spaa and still died to 38mt lol

I would also like this, just because Heli’s are really the only thing my Stormer HVM can destroy relatively easliy.

Yeah…

Stopping them from launching is still going to be impossible, because they spawn close enough to fire them off instantly.

What’s going to make or break these new SAM’s is how much better they will be at intercepting munitions than what we have now. And their ability in that regard remains to be seen.

On the bright side, having multi vehicle mechanics means we can start adding thoroughbred interceptor systems like Iron Dome going forward.

I wish, but helis are the most dangerous I find since their guns are accurate enough to be too dangerous to go after if they’re focused on you.

But also, with DL, helis might die to these SPAA too since really the only solution is to line of sight and by doing doing that they aren’t attacking the enemy. Only a few helis I think have FnF weapons to get away with that

Ironic isn’t it unwilling to give money but bully other nations into buying your tech.

If my memory is right, I think we currently have 5 F&F Heli’s spread across 4 nations.

I can definitely see them being used more once fixed wings actually start to feel some heat for once lol.
