It’s better than the Hornet due to how slow it is. The Su-30SM has better missiles, more missiles, and a much better radar. The Strike Eagles have similar speed while being able to carry two more radar missiles and a much more reliable radar.

F15 is fast but its a brick
Considering the pros and cons ef2k is great and does not suffer

Only being able to effectively use the radar a third of the time does indeed make it suffer.
it’s said that the broken TWS+ is fixed in dev, but not sure, I don’t have time to check
TWS isn’t the only problem with it, unfortunately.
I don’t think you can overcome the EFT cope. If they believe is one of the worst 14.0s than nothing will change that.

Yes, the oldest possible TGP option(just like every US aircraft, curious…). Which is completely anachronistic for the outfit of the rest of the aircrafts systems.
That’s just a regular F-15C Akef mate, no need for an “early” tag when it isn’t apart of the Meshupar program.

It should have priority track which could be implemented by C&P AESA code and tweaking it slightly. At the moment it takes about 4+ seconds to update a targets location, with p-track the target and 5 other contacts would be updated every 2 seconds.
It could also have interleaved PRF that would fix its massive deadzones.
PIRATE should also have a 200 target TWS mode that could be overlayed with the radar.
The radar is also missing GMTI which be useful for GRB
It may not be an escan but it’s not that off either
And of course, If none of that can be added. The typhoon has both CEASER or CAPTOR-E as AESA options
Here we go took longer than I thought it would to see a user skin on one of the multi-spaa’s.
It looks like it's just 2 BLK's, one for the radar unit and one for the launchers

I remember this is how the TWS+ works, but the code went wrong
From what I understood. Tws+ was about updating the algorithm used for the intertial track.
But p-track would actually update the contact track, including contacts outside the TWS scan area. This also means that partial scans at the edge of the radars fov should still be seen properly
TWS+ makes it so that all targets are refreshed after the scan pattern finishes, but this made it so that they don’t refresh when the radar beam passes them.
This causes the locks to drift or to just break in tws
