F-15 Will likely trade, Typhoon is marginally faster.
Turns far better at high speeds and altitudes but also loses it’s speed faster when doing so.
Scenario i think with equal pilots the
The F-15 sees the Typhoon first he locks TWS sends a 120C
Normally what happens is Typhoon pilot fights all 4 of their rarar modes to find this F-15. Then fires back if its within 20-30km. Typhoon has 6 120s or 5 if you take an additional 9M. Cant waste missiles on those speculative shots!
With a 120B Typhoon can crank and defend while trying to keep DL defeating the first missile.
However 120C will be when modelled correctly faster, harder to notch and on a platform that is not only as fast as Typhoon but that also has 8 of them.
If this new missils is reliably killing targets at 30-40km then the games up for Typhoon. Even if you play passively your team will be decimated by 3 F-15s flying at mach jesus spamming 120Cs.
dont forget its ghost armour thing weighs 33 tons and can be penned by a 40mm at 1000m through the cheek

Yeah and the Rafale pays for that with being the worst 14.0 at longer range BVR.
And the F-15E pays for that with being the worst or second worst at wvr.
Your line of thought is flawed, “oh the Typhoon is not the best at something so it’s not the one of the best 14.0s overall”. However you completely ignore that the planes that are the best in X aspect pay a serious price at Y aspect, meanwhile the Typhoon is among the top 2-3 in every aspect.
That’s not the most egregious part

These multi vehicle mechanics open some really cool possibilities.
Like imagine instead of just plopping down a magical ammo crate beside you, you instead spawned in a Logi truck like a HEMTT or something way back at the spawn, and you had to actually ferry the ammo to yourself lol.
I see a lot of people saying they don’t spawn AA because it’s boring when no planes spawn. But if you made these logi trucks able to resupply team mates too, then that’s another team orientated thing to do in the downtime.

Its easy to get caught up in the Typhoon is top 2/3 when in the meta we have it’s barely 3rd.
Now with a reliable Radar absolutely, but as it stands Typhoon is miles behind Rafale and in terms of Meta probably equal/just behind the Su-30SM.
F-15s new missile and similar flight performance/speed could supplant Typhoon further.
We really need to see how it plays out.

That’d be really cool if the maps weren’t 20ft by 20ft and have this weird requirement where the spawns can see into eachother.
Maybe they could add some kind of large scale pvp or pvpve mode where logistics could be useful. A mode where the non-meta vehicles that are already in the game could get a chance to shine… maybe some kind of… enduring confrontation… between the two teams.

It’s absolutely and easily 2nd best in wvr at 14.0 and contested 2nd best in BVR, maybe as a really close 3rd.
Like I have played the F/A-18C, F-15E, F-15I, FGR.4 and Rafale and your lack of experience with anything rank VIII/14.0 outside the British tree really shows. Even more so when you say something like:

Guns only fights sure…remind me the last time in air rb you had a guns only dogfight? Doesnt happen everyone returns to base to rearm.

British tree or not blame Gaijin for making the grind and any joy to be had from progressing in other trees none existent.
Italians, Germans and Brits all agree Typhoons radar is terrible. Why are you expecting an F/A-18 or F-15 to match an EF?
As mentioned numerous times Typhoon is a BVR jet it doesnt have the tools to deal with Rafales or even Su-30s in closer ranges.
So fix the radar and maybe give it a new beat stick.

The longer i look at the Sentinel radar, the more i think it should not have the rear facing beam.

We both know based on data mines and bug reports Typhoon is to receieve no changes this update.
It will continue with the same poor radar, incorrect fm and no new missiles.
Lets revisit this when the meta has settled.
Yes as a British main the game can be painful seeing weapon systems we have diluted massively because Gaijin doesn’t want them to be effective is rough.
