It could perhaps be useful if it allows it to be fired in GNSS mode without having “point” lock. i.e; select area on map to fire it towards from 40+ km away and then it locks LOAL with IR if it finds a target in the selected area on it’s way there. So if that is the case it’s effectively increasing the range.
But i doubt they have added that functionality since they have denied it in the past for many other things.
If LOAL is off the table then it just makes the precision better for any IOG+GNSS portion of the flight (i think, i might be misremembering).
I think most sources i’ve seen so far mentions GNSS for all of the versions of KH38. This thread has a lot of info and sources: (The Kh-38MT may not actually exist).
Man… Its specifically listed in specs of the missile. Its called dual-mode which it LACKED on their website. They literally spit in our faces when they said LOAL FnF brimstones would be unfair and unbalanced but if its russian then its fine.
This missile already broke top tier and yet it needed this “balanced” buff
Currently we still have helicopters that have rotor mounted sights that do not work properly. Kiowa and EC Tigers still cannot lock tagets while behind cover.
Give the players ability to join battles against bots in naval on DEV server to test new ships! Or give all GE that was purchased as it was before, so we could buyout them and test.
I don’t know how it will be on release, but what’s currently on the test server makes me really happy. It’s truly something new. Germany’s SPAA is a breath of fresh air.
And we’re still waiting for functional carrier jet blast deflectors, launch catapult systems, and emergency landing barricades to be modeled in-game. 😓
Really gaijin really? You go add Fuel dumping to protect bombers from missiles and then not add it to the Tu-4 Which is the only convetional bomber which is suffering from being INCAPABLE of defending it’s self from missiles which are 0.3 br higher then it , Good job gaijin Godd job.
