best USA has is F-15E with 8x AIM-120B with a PD radar, mid maneuverability and capability to carry AIM-9M with mediocre flight model

Would still be a tad early since that means jumping up to things like python 5, the late mod r-73/4 and things like meteor and iris-t which idk about you i dont even want to begin seeing till a comprehensive flare rework.
