We just need more ground targets or bases rework, not airspawns.

Those would be the long term fixes but airspawns would help a lot for the current issues. From my experience airspawns used to be an issue because they would HEAVILY undertier fast strike aircraft like the F-105

Well yeah, that’s a problem that applies to most bombers and specialized strike aircraft face, not just the Su-24 and MiG-27s.
I don’t think reintroducing airspawns for high rank bomber/strike aircraft would be a good solution though. We need more map objectives and a better base bombing system.

Again like I said the bandaid is airspawns they should make it so rb has more bomb points and areas for strike aircraft to actually work

A better bandaid solution is to make bases respawn more quickly again and to enable airfield destruction for the forward airfields

I mean its going to change nothing because no one is going to hand guide weapons in from 25-30km against a moving target

Glide bombs and the AGM-130 will heavily benefit from this however.

Didn’t know it was a pre-requisite to have top tier fighter planes to play top tier ground battles
Also, gonna remember that helpful hint for when I don’t have enough SP for a plane after having died to something else already

Yeah that is true but again you only get 2 of the AGM-130 and glide bombs are only semi useful

they could give it BOL if they made the other flare dispensers large only which can only fit 15 flare/chaff per dispenser right? that is how I would balance it

It’s their game, they can balance it however they feel like.

And as you might be able to tell by looking at stuff like the recent BR changes for example, that’s exactly what they are doing.

Yeah, it sucks but sadly it is really the only real option. Its why I have my SHAR FA.2 in my top tier lineup currently. Dedicated air control and try to abuse that hover mode where I can lol (can sometimes save you).

not really, AGM-130 can only lock on ground point in that distance.
the only way to attack moving targets from that distance is using laser guided missiles with IOG/GPS, so only KH-38, AASM. I’m not sure if AGM-65E has IOG/GPS, but its energy is not really enough to make it reach 30km unless given a lot start energy.

You only really need a ground point lock honestly. It’s such a slow and hardly maneuverable missile that it’s best for standoff against SPAA if anything. You’ll always be better off using Mavs ofc, but it’s still a minor buff for this weapon.
