Just tested the 18C with new counter count…they are single deployment! Even better! :)

Yes, one counter of each type is deployed if you have them set to deploy both chaff and flares
Gaijin is now considering having administrative buildings and other civilian infrastructures as viable bombing targets in the game, is this an ethical choice in the face of what’s going on in today’s world?

Factories and Oil refining are valid military targets in a war, especially if your talking abour ww2, the Allied bombing raid of the Romanian Oil fields comes to mind as a pretty historic example

Residentials has always been a part of airfields in sim. After all, there are no civilians in this game.

Maybe the administrative building of the factory/refinery? I wouldn’t interpret too much into it as long as there don’t appear buildings like e.g. hospitals…

hey there, sorta unrelated question to this but are Carriers getting back into top tier Air RB? i miss so much taking off and landing on them. now that we get the Hornet, are they making a return?
and can you also answer on why they where removed from top tier in the first place?

No, it isnt ethical. (Administrative building)
Eventhough its a game, its unethical in the IT-Ethical part.
Oil is ethical
They could have given US one BOL, so clearly intentionally withheld
