Yeah, combat trainers would be nice, but we already have with Alpha Jet (IIRC it was combat trainer, right?). Maybe also will see Yak-130 with it Italian counterpart M-346 Master

Germany doesn’t contain Switzerland and France received BeNeLux as a subtree, just like Sweden got Finland, Italy got Hungary and Japan got Thailand.
Just because a nation had/has ties to another doesn’t mean that said nation has to become a subtree of another.

Harrier T.10, trainer variant of the GR7, Smin alluded that GB is only getting a premium aircraft this patch so it’s probably going to be an equivalent to the AV-8B (NA) pack.
(If you’re wondering why no American two seat harriers? It’s due to their two seaters not being equipped with for combat, unlike the British ones which are configured for full combat operations)

Yup, the Alpha Jet is classed as an Advanced Trainer, but also as a Light Attack Aircraft, which is another class of planes I’d love to see included more in WT together with LCAs (Light Combat Aircraft)

No the alpha jet was used as an attacker in the german army replacing the G91. Only france used them as trainers
