But BOL flares should be like large cailbre flares but with short burn, they are currently like 1/4 standard flares with a short burn

harrier is getting buffed, so might be better.

I give it about two years before it’s possible. (As of right now, an Aussie flaged KF-41 has a 0% chance of coming to the game.)
