Eh I feel like it performs too well overall actually on the dev. so if anything changes I think it’ll be an overall nerf.

so what its a game? US deserves its domestic additions the same as any other tree, doesnt matter if it has more than the rest
by limiting US additions to hold it back to other nation level (would have to do this to China and Russia too), thats blatantly biased against them
