the entire point/problem with India is, they add it as a sub tree to britain. Then refuse to add India’s things to the game. So why is the nation in the game?
“oh but you dont need this, there’s no gap” that’s cool, but India has a unique vehicle here and I’d like to have it. What’s the point in this stupid nation if you refuse to add its content.

I still want this evidence of the Su-30SM using KH-38s… I know LATER Su-30s were theoretically capable of it. But I really can’t find anything saying the 30SM can do it.

It’s not “artificially held back”. This variant is not the same as the later one that has further CAS options. That version has several key changes, like an updated and modernized cockpit amoung other things. So it’s not just a case of slapping some bombs onto this one or “holding it back” in some way.
As we have said, the later version remains a possible future addition.
