f18c has 12 missiles total
i meant radar guided missiles, if it gets to a dogfight between a eurofighter and hornet with low level premium player in the hornet, the EFT is winning every time
tbf I think the EFT is wining 9 times out of 10 against an F18 normally anyway
the hornet at least has a real chance to get a kill by spamming AIM-120
I mean kinda? in a one on one, the EFT can also just spam AMRAAMs
but hornet has more amraam to spam with
Yes, but Gaijin already Advertised this tank as rank 5, so it can’t have stab, LRF and 8.0 br at thr same time.
and? there comes a point at which that wouldnt matter, its also not that hard to defeat AMRAAMs at range and when you get close the EFT will win in almost every situation

No 4th gen with a possibility of carrying 12 missiles should ever be below 13.7 regardless of flight performance, it’s simply not fair for the occasional downtiers and 3.5 gens who already struggle against eachother, let alone a hornet at their BR.
The F/A-18A could feasibly sit at 12.7 or 13.0 but the C and E cannot, and should not go below 13.7

From my point of view,letting out r77-1 as a worthy counterpart of 120Bs and pl12s is definitely necessary and reasonable.

Ideally yes, but there isn’t much innovation there, the difference between R-77 and R-77-1 is far less significant than the jump from AIM-120B → AIM-120C-5+, so maybe the devs don’t think it will have the capabilities to match missiles like AIM-120C, I-Derby-ER, PL-12A, MICA NG etc
