It can be considered full-stealth or also known as very low observability (VLO) due to its very apparent design features. I would not be surprised if it is stealthier than the F-22 or the B-2 bomber if you take into consideration its smaller size as well, although it does not have the same missions as the aforementioned aircrafts.
