Yes it was given them but a lot of people are asking for a full explanation regarding the rest of the feedback.
Something that’s similar to the response about it’s armament but instead explaining why Gaijin consider the F-14D to be a sidegrade to the B (when in reality it’s a major upgrade) and why they won’t add a TT variant alongside the premium version like what was done with the JA37Di.
We also already covered this part too, so it wasn’t included again in the feedback response. The Ja37Di filled a large gap in the Swedish tree, being an AMRAAM armed Viggen. Sweden has very few aircraft choices around that BR unlike the US, that has a plethora. The F-14D is at the same BR as the B, so its spot in the tree is already filled.
For real, a pc is a real radiator with this weather…
No matter how hot my pc can get it will never heat my room nearly as much as outside… I don’t plan on taking a single step outside, and I’m in the dark to minimize any heat from outside
i mean a lot of the playerbase are quite dissapointed by the F-14D being premium and not tech tree which is unfortunate.
the F-14D being premium goes directly against what BVVD said in the Q&A saying they dont want top tier premiums being better or taking an experience away from the tech tree, the F-14D being an F-14B upgrade (not a sidegrade) goes against that it also stops the F-14D having its actual capability because as its an F-14B “sidegrade” it has to be not much better than it when irl it is
also the price like every other premium is absurd but thats not an F-14D specific issue so eh
Just out of curiosity, how far are you in the loop on future additions? One update in advance? An entire year? Or just whatever the devs feel like sharing with you?
The F-14D was a quality of life upgrade, as it was being phased out due to the Legacy and Super Hornets taking on the roles, plus other political reasoning. The 14D is fine where it is, no matter how you look at it.
Having a premium version is fine but it being only a premium isn’t fine. Locking away one of the most requested additions behind a £70 paywall isn’t fine. Especially when they insist that it’s only a sidegrade when it should represent a major upgrade and the final Tomcat variant.
