Fully capable is perhaps an incorrect term for it. It was documented that it was planned and intended to arm F-14D with AIM-120As, but was cancelled (went with the LANTIRN integration instead).
The fact that we have documented plans for it should be sufficient for Gaijin. It’s up to them if they want to add it or not to keep it distant from the F-14B.
You do know that irl abrams crews have been reoorted reloading the gun in 3-4 second intervals right? The 5 secind reload for expert crews in of itself are already generous to other nations

And yes the premium Su-30 exists. It can definitely survive at 13.3 with AIM-120s

Probably 13.3. But with AMRAAM (hopefully) then 13.7 most likely.
If the F-14D gets six AIM-120As as it was planned in the SAC, it should do okay-ish at 13.3 like F-16A ADF.
The only thing it holds back is its dated airframe and unchanged powerplant.

issue with the F-16A was the lack of TWS and CM count, neither of which F-14 suffers from
it’d probably be in a better place at 13.0 with the 9M/7P, F-14B is probably slightly overtiered (thanks phoenix) and F-15A is very undertiered
F-15A equivalent with 7P+9M, but then Phoenix is still a thing
I mean only the new Trophy Abrams getting M829A3 (so not the current SEPv2) could be okay since it would compensate for the significant hit in mobility this new Abrams is taking.
Not saying it should happen, I’m just saying it could happen without being massively unbalanced.
Why not just a BR increase? Let the abrams be as accurate as possible
13.7 with the F-14 airframe and FM would kinda hurt even with AIM-120s ^^
