Major Update "Heavy Cavalry" - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 3)

Because sadly there is nothing to add. None of those nations offer a helicopter thats “top-tier” in the current sence.

Again are the devs looking at the Danish MH-60R since they bought the upgrade to mount hellfire rails which are compatible with JAGM?

Its been seen, but so far no evidence the Danish one has been made compatable / integrated JAGM.

I mean, Indonesia nor Taiwan have JAGM-MRs but they got them on their AH-64Es. The precedent is there, however it’s up to Gaijin how inconsistent they want to be with it :P

I mean apparantly jagm doesnt have mitl either way. So it doesnt contribute either way

You guys literally give vehicles the ability to use equipment they couldn’t use irl for balance so what’s different in this case?

Technical compatability. So far there isn’t evidence of that on the Danish MH-60R.

Literally anything is better than the AHS, I’d take freaking pars 3 lmao and those are terrible

So then Japan can get a literally paper vehicle and Britain can get a MS20 Gripen they never had because balance but Sweden can’t?

Go figure

F-14A IRIAF also gets R27 missiles that were very much disproven to work with it over the R-73 which worked fine…

Sweden received the AHS and MI-28 they trailed and didn’t actually own. So they have had this too.

And I’ve been a big supporter of their removal with Danish models like the Fennec for the Mi-28 and even the AHS with the MH-60R those also aren’t comparable as they have their service equipment

They dont need to be removed for the MH-60R. Its just there is currently nothing to show it can use JAGM.

Again why can the ZA Gripen who has yet to receive MS-20 use GBU-39 bombs? You says no proof but the devs also have no proof that ZA ever bought into the upgraded Gripen due to budget constraints.

Seems like the devs are just pretty biased on this case

SAAB has been very open and announced every single nation who has bought into the MS20 upgrade and ZA is the only nation not operating those models.

Because it has proven technical compatibility. The same as the Malaysian Su-30 and KH-38.

If evidence can be located for the MH-60R, then that’s something to review. Sadly, just going “but what about” is not going to change things in any constructive manor.

We welcome more info, but sadly this is not progressing here.

How come German alpha jet doesn’t get aim9 then

Proven what? They literally don’t own that model of jet? That’s like giving the ZA a block 50 F16 because it’s an F16 what kinda logic is that lmao

Again talk about picking favorites

Also the Su-30 isn’t even comparable

Balancing reasons. Missiles are always subject to BR ranges, like the Yak-130 not getting missiles.

Is the sepv3 not getting the hull armor for balancing reasons too?

probably the same reason the UK isnt getting a single ARM below 12.3 (ignore the several options that would fit)
