2 trunnions sure is an issue but “overestimted level of protection”??? what on earth are you talking about what happened to challenger 2s mantlet armour in the dev server a while back when it got its rework and was performing realistically at around 580-600mm that just never went onto live? and how is that an overestimated level of protection considering the mantlet armour is now WORSE than it is on live

Nope, Most of the aircraft will suffer this, even the helis, Gaijin knew that 4 years ago and doesn’t know how to fix it( they said it is dup and there is another report)
However some of the helis in PVE don’t have this issue, such as MI28

although i think the m1a2sepv3 not getting a hull armour increase despite the fact the hull thickness is visibly thicker IRL is dumb and lazy on there part,
I’m pretty happy with how they’ve handled the volumetric the entire hull and ufp plus ring and sides are now volumetric. so as of now any 30mm cannon cannot even damage the Abrams frontally or from 30-45 degree angles from the front of the hull
can also funnily deny any shot from things like the hstv and 2s38 apfsds frontally unless they hit the turret line or drivers port.

Every time they do a big model overhaul, they begin with a single vehicle that works as a testbed, and then transfer the rework into all other members of the family once it’s done.

I was initially really excited and looking forward to it because of the new MBTs and Abrams turret neck/hull overhaul, as well as M829A3; but as of now, all of that is clouded by my disappointment over the mistreatment to M1A2 SEPv3 and its protection levels, over the lack of Type 10/CR2-3/Leclerc/Merkava/Oplot fixes (and all SEPs turret side protection).
If they end up fixing SEPv3, my excitement will come back for the most part, but things seem really hopeless for now.

the excitement i HAD for this update was like almost as high as storm warning i saw the trailer and i was hyped about the new abrams the ARM’s etc then i saw the dev stream and i got EVEN MORE HYPED because britain was getting a SEPV3 then the first dev server came and i was annoyed at the challenger basket but didnt mind at first because its mantlet got buffed the 1 dev update EVEN happier because of the K5 nerf and bmpt dispersion nerf then this most recent one and the one before…i mean they ruined everything good that they added the bmpt nerf was almost fully reverted the sepv3 now weighs like 70 tons the challengers breech armour is now WEAKER than it is on live server relikt got buffed? and im now hearing the pl12 got nerfed again? all that while i and others still dont have dev access because gaijin cant fix it.
im being dead serious when i say this, the game needs another review bombing or something of the sort to get gaijin to stop doing what there doing, i didnt even mention the piss poor arrival of the “super” tomcat or the senrai maidens packs are the 3rd 12.0 swedish spaa and the 4th spike launcher for isreal or any of the other terrible terrible things that they done like the premium m60 and the ai usage etc etc etc etc, the issues and bad implementations and terrible decisions just goes on and on and on and i really cant be bothered anymore

they gave a reason for the chally revert cause it was almost invincible due to a model error
In before this means the US will get a F-16C Block 30 with 9Ms and 7Ms (copium).
it is now weaker than it is on live server because the trunnion pins are now just missing, if it gets the buff back in a non broken way ill be fine but right now i just cant be bothered with this

thats not that bad then but im still just tired of this game and of what gaijins doing to there game, it sucks to see for a game with so much potential going in the worst possible direction.
regarding the challenger mantlet if it gets buffed to a reasonable ammount (around what it was last dev server or hopefully its realistic 550-600mm breech armour) then ill be a bit happier with it but right now im not gonna bother playing the game much 8.7 is riddles with op premiums 10.7 is constant bmpt uptiers 11.7 is constant bmpt games + uptiers and top tier is just horrid as always so i dont even know what to play
