The hearing does not btw, just “state” its relikt, it defines “third generation ERA” as “Relikt” (This becomes clear when looking at the first part of the sentence, where they define “Moderne Reaktivpanzerungen”)
This aside, T-72B3’s were refitted with Relikt (albeit on the sides - not that it mattes though because the document never, at any point, directly referred to where relikt would be placed) starting (and in prototype stage likely earlier) in 2016.
The hearing is from 2020.
Their claim that the mention of B3 means DM 63 cant defeat K5 is just a straight up lie, nothing more, nothing else.

A smart dev would have done these first as SEAD aircraft, then leaned into the more modern equipment.
If they even receive any rela ERA at all there should be a 50% failure rate of ERA because it has bee replaced with egg cartons
With so many aircraft getting new ordinance is Typhoon again just being left in the corner to cry at the distinct lack of FnF munitions?

Oh thats the great part using my vpn ive accessed several russian sites and the answer remains the same. The kh38mt was purely an idea and not made, there were however laser guided varients made like the kh38mL.
But also different rules for bug reports? Wow different standards for differen nations :O meanwhile there are hundreds of bug reports with actively less than the kh38mt being shut down XD

Instead we have 6 Spice bombs…and Paveway IV. Typhoons version would be SPEAR but whoa that’s too much like a cruise missile looks at Kh-59…
