There are physical elements in the Abrams and Leopard 2 that are also modelled as part of the traverse system. In theory, damage to these elements could obstruct the traverse and I assume for that reason Gaijin have included them as part of the turret basket. Same rule being applied to CR2.
This in part realistic modelling, and in part game balance.

Subtrees right now are a mess. The concept isn’t inherently bad, but the implementation needs major reworks

Me when I genuinely ignore the iconic L23A1 moment where you hit an LFP shot on any T-series MBT and you get Driver + Engine + Transmission:
Russia must get the turret floor treatment just like the rest with their MBTs, no matter how “bad” their spacing is.
What would you say they could be called?

I hope Germany gets a new one during the Dev server, or in future updates, because why does it only have 1 well-armored Leopard on its chassis while the Swedes have 500

I’m hoping and coping really hard that the devs will change their mind and add the frontal mexas to leopard 2 PSO but I doubt it tbh
Submitting a report doesn’t guarantee that it will be implemented, try not to be discouraged. I have a lot of successful bug reports coming with this update (which I wouldn’t have been able to do without the help of many colleagues).
Implementation happens when Gaijin decides it does, depending on priority and game direction.
