Without the AIM-7P or AIM-120, they’re not even willing to equip the AIM-9M. I’m guessing the F-14D’s BR might be 13.3? A whole new level of clownery? This is hilarious.

probably just 13.0 but it depends on how much of an upgrade the radar is and if the IRST exists as a sensor

The radar would be monstrously better than the current F-14A and B radar. It’s a full pulse Doppler radar not a just a pulse Doppler headon.

Looks like the update is getting something for me. I think the F-14D could be a good buy. But lets c what the F-16AM brings ;-)
