No MAWS and, don’t know about RWR. Only F-15EX could be the F-15 in US tree to get MAW

Not when you look at everything else on the jet. SA and QA both get MAW for sure and have different IRST available, have different weaponry and the SA can get IRIS-T to set it apart.
But instead of adding F-15SA/QA (which I would still like to see in US or Israeli tree) why not just add F-15EX to US? MAWS should be compatible with F-15EX so gaijin could add it to American F-15EX due to their compatibility rule

Hey guys, over at the main SEPv3 Armor Thread, we are currently cornering the developers using basic physics and official weight distribution metrics. We know the SEPv3 chassis assembly carries a total mass of 41.9 tons, proving that the weight increase cannot simply be “5 mm of steel at the rear” as technical moderators suggest.
However, to deliver the absolute mathematical checkmate, we need clear, legible images of the M1A2 SEPv2 turret and hull placards (identification plates).
If you have old photos from military expos, base visits, or high-quality video timestamps showing the V2 datacards, please share them here or over at the main thread. Let’s unite the playerbase and force them to apply the same volumetric estimation standards they use for Eastern MBTs. Keep the momentum going!

This article says that they have it idk US Air Force takes delivery of first EPAWSS-equipped F-15 Strike Eagle
EPAWSS is RWR/ECM system that also allows more CM dispensers.

F-15EX armed with 5th gen WVR missile AIM-9X (initial) & AIM-9X-2, but F-15E limited WVR missile AIM-9X (initial) only

True, considering they only add compatible weapons on basis of balance, their is a good chance gaijin can simply say 16 missile would be too op and hence only 12 missile would be given to F-15EX
