probably that they dont have one that gaijin thinks would be balanced, a more modern tornado doesnt have as many additions as the Gr4, the EFT is still too advanced for gaijin, and america never got an F18 this patch so neither should germany

iirc it can actually carry the ukrainian stugna too but, who knows what gaijin will do with that one. either way it wouldnt be much of an improvement
