I think the change was based on their production year, can’t identify later new radar, but I remember this change is canceled. someone submitted a issue explain these rwr’s database can be updated
Gaijin doesn’t care, in case that wasn’t obvious enough.
This is perculiar. If that means infinite backup, its gonna have to be used around 500-1,000 times to actually get the moneh back, and most of the players has circa 150+ universal backups lol.
