I was playing ARB just then, and I suddenly came to realise that Su27 shows up on my RWR as Mig29, is that how it is supposed to be?
It was always like that.
I realised a while ago, just never sure cause there are always of few of each, any reason why? Cause it seems unlikely to me that just because Ruby and Mech are both Twisted Cassegrain that they are not able to be separated.

Mig 21 Bison also shows up as M29 on RWR because it got its radar(not 1:1 of course).
I hope we get SL and rare event vehicles crates back soon.
Because both SM and Bison radar share similiar features you can find on M29 radar, hence why Gaijin named them as M29 for rwr designation.

Oh hell naw, i need money for J-10 XD.
IIRC it partially game’s engine problem. Something with colour correction and render which makes colours look wrong, while skin makers have great control over desirable colours

Man good thing i bought Al-Khalid and J7D recently, thanks to them i already reached 4mil despite the sale.

Interesting, well i still prefer historical Custom skins over ingame ones anyway, except couple market skins, some of them are amazing.
There are some really wierd ones though, like FA2 showing up as J39 because the Gripens have the Blue-Vixen radar as a placeholder for their own. :D

I believe J-10 radar also shows on RWR as ‘’?‘’ marker, which is quite weird.
