You know what? Aside from some of the copy-paste grievances, this update is actually adding quite a few nice vehicles and a number of QOL changes that all come together for a pretty good update. Dare I say it, good job Gaijin

My Q is what is the ticket for? Do you mean universal backup? If so then lol, but I am trying to assume that isnt what its for due to how insane it would be.
