for now yes in the future no
ADATS is still better over all just should be a lower BR
thats on gaijin not us
no? unless your saying our best is the Rooikat MTTD, but the desert warrior is overall a better light tank

They will always be among the worst MBTs at top tier, no matter how many fixes you apply to them.
we had the chance to be decent with the UK being one of the only nations with a 5 second reload but that was taken, and then they nerfed the speed of the 3TD
“worse missiles” lol where? they’re faster yes but they have the same total range while the OSA’s pull to track targets far better
The optics you have a point on but I can work without thermals
The firing angels actually do not matter, since the OSA’s missile starts pulling very quickly
The radar does not matter because it’s bad on both platforms, being the better of two bad platforms in that regard is not an achievement
end of the day the OSA is better because it’s missiles just currently perform better-
its only better because its an entire BR lower and thus wont see top tier jets
no it’s better because it’s missiles perform better, at a significantly lower BR.
The ADATS is only at that BR because of its anti-tank potential, without it the thing is mediocre at best.
but no please do tell me what can india can add to the british tree that isnt already covered?
You know we can get the Ajax right
that would be a good light vehicle
They actually do matter, because you can’t hit targets straight above you in the osa. There is a massive deadzone above you where you can’t kill enemies.
How many battles do you have in the adats? I have used the adats missiles quite a bit and they handle very similarly to the osa missiles, except for that they are almost twice as fast.
dude… the Ajax is trash…
its not?
in war thunder it would be great
well you see that doesnt fit his idea that the uk cant do it by themselves and absolutely need india
no the Ajax is just a genuinely unremarkable platform with an equally unremarkable gun, and to my knowledge still no ATGMs.

Everything you have just said is wrong
It has a very good gun
The tungsten projectile of the APFSDS-T can penetrate more than 140 mm of RHA (Rolled Homogenous Armour) at 1,500 m Ammunition - CTA International
it can mount Javelin
The only issues is it is a bit big
It can but to meet Gaijin’s requirements we’d need a photo of it
its remote machine gun mount that it has can have Javelin on it and it is shown on other vehicles that has this same remote weapons system
…but to meet Gaijin’s requirements we’d need a photo of it mounted on Ajax.
I would urge you to do some research the rotating chmaber/breach on the AJAX and the feed mechanism for the 40mm CTAS are an engineering marvel.
Indeed. A 2000lb mass doesn’t silently land on the top of a tank, with only 10s of millimeters of roof armor, and THEN explode!
Joking aside, bombs really should be modeled to penetrate the tanks they land on instead of just sitting there. They should penetrate the tank and take out components and crew, then sit inside the tank until the fuse goes off. This might be challenging to model, however.
