I thought the A-10 line made more sense; a line which, from Rank I to Rank VIII, actually involves strike aircraft and not bombers; such as P-61s, AD-2/4s, A-7s, A-4s, etc.
Now, I don’t have access to F-15E because I could not foresee multirole strike fighters would be ending up on the B-29 line mostly made up of large bombers. Skill issue on my end, I guess, hahah.
I that branch was reserved for tactical bombers and long range bombers in the future, and stuff like that.
It wasn’t supposed to have it, was a modelling mistake. The extra piece is one of the ERA elements next to the gun, moved to make more room for the driver when driving from A to B and not in combat.

Tbh F15E should’ve been added to Strike line-up, now they caused an havoc and tech tree placement will be even worse in the future, unless they switch some places like they did before.
I would not be surprised if the EFT doesn’t perform to what people think it does. Same with any modern aircraft (including my beloved F-2).
For example, IIRC the game has high drag in general and they have to fluff some numbers to match the technical data specs. But this has other side effects like aircraft not able to perform maneuvers they could do IRL since the values are all, for lack of a better term, made up.
If anything the less specs Gaijin has to work with the more freedom and flexibility, but it also means something could be overperforming or underperforming and Gaijin gets to choose.
I mean its a game and not a perfect simulation, i mean it is what it is. Some values properly work which in turn breaks other things. Drakens FM got nerfed and now cant pull Cobra’s at their normal speeds or they just dont match with other draken data ect ect.
Oh then the nerfs didn’t make the competitive lmao, more so just executed them from doing the only thing they had going for them. Hurts even more so when you play the J35D at 10.3 and an aim 9L is coming towards you. Or the XS in a 12.0 match. Idk why the mig 21 Bis is the same BR as the XS or the Canard but im not a dev idk what the statistics say. Im fine with the XS at 11.0 but ill take the Mig 21 over both those deltas any day of the week.
