m41 is a different BR and has an additional HEAT round from the american M4. I also want to mention that you pointing out various vehicles taken from other nations does not invalidate the fact that Germany is a top 3 nation as is in both capability and vehicle quantity in ground and does not need soviet copypaste to better itself in any regard.
Anyway, germany air gets soviet copypaste because it has to to be viable. I don’t play naval to speak on it.
BV as internal armour? 4mm structural steel cube inside the vehicle.
Given that FV432 can carry two on the rear door, this could double the rear armour on FV438 Swingfire.

Germany has no light tank between the puma at 3.7 and m41 at 6.7. A pt76b would help germany and germany could use a mbt, they could use an armored tank like t-55 aswell instead of only having only lightly armored leo1s. So they can even fill gaps
