Modification cost depends on how many modifications are in each rank.
So imagine there is a total of… for example… 1000GE in a rank. If there is 3 modifications they will cost 333GE each. If there is 5 modifications they will cost 200GE each etc etc.

1GE = 47RP is the cost of using convertible RP (The kind you use to research vehicles).
Modifcation GE costs are just rank total GE costs divided by number of modifications within the rank.
I usually get a long way with 5-6k GE when I want to GE modifications, especially if your goal is mainly the missiles, so 10k should be very safe.
But so far the F-15C and F-16C seem better in A2A and A2G respectively anyway.
Ah okay. So there is no parameter to decide how much GE a rank costs? If they chose they can make a rank cost 999999GE and divide that by the numbers of mods in that rank?

Acording to Wiki… at all last line aircraft, the tier 4 max GE cost is 4450- 4500. So thst number divided by number of mods gives different mods costs.

I’m not aware of there being any obvious way to see this information unfortunately. I’ve looked in the past and couldn’t find much definitive. Maybe someone out there has a spreadsheet or something but idk.
Best you can probably do is just compare it to similar examples you already own. Just briefly looking at some of my own un-spaded top tiers, Seems like the mod row costs are somewhere around 2.5k for Rank I, 3k for Rank II, 3.5k for III and 4.5k for IV.
Honestly, probably much better off just buying a Talisman. (I will be doing this on Ra’am). Helps you grind Ace much faster too if you plan on using the vehicle for a long time.
