probably lmao, and that one russian blue print ship that im sure will have a realistic fire rate and shells :)
yeah the ship I was thinking of was the Sovetsky Soyuz class

I don’t have much hope left for Air RB EC
Doesn’t seem like the devs are interested in it anymore
My concern was more about RCS and how it’s modeled (or made up)
im sure Sovetsky Soyuz and her 16inch guns will be completely comparable to every other nations 16 inch guns just like Kronshtadt and her 12 inch guns oh wait…
out of these 2 images which one is Kronshtadt’s 12inch guns and which one is Amagi’s 16 inch guns
In the short term me neither but it’s the only solution i can think for the future of air, considering how easy it would be to implement it and how good it would be for the game i think the devs would be pretty dumb if they don’t add the mode at some point.
IMO any mechanic even if correctly implemented wouldn’t matter if they don’t touch the clusterfck that is current air rb
It’s amazing that the best Russian ship in the game comes from a plan, and of course have better thing that ships that were build.
Gonna keep the big 3 part of the big 3, no matter the price (be fair, double standards, etc.)
I just find it insane that her 12 inch guns are better then most nations 14-16 inch guns, I think the only ones I found that were better were the british 15 inch guns and those have the down side of god awful dispersion on the shells and long reloads
@Smin1080p_WT This update is also the release of the French coastal (end of CBT afaik) but still nothing new about that (always in a terrible state and no new ship to be seen), wich would be pretty sad, can you say if something have hope to come there and is in current speedy work ?
Or you already dropped work on that before it come alive? xD
its funny because kronshtadt just uses the old russian 12 inch shell but refilled with a-ix-2.
That its the only 305 mm ww1 shell classified as APCBC instead of APC tho is very convenient as it translates the best into way better pen /pen angles for kronshtadts fantasy railguns that somehow add over 150m/s to a 30 year old shell design refilled with explosive
yeah its insane, its why I cant wait for a blue print ship for the UK like lion because it sounds like gaijin just pulls out the fantasy numbers
Meanwhile the Dunkerque only have SAP but IRL it was talked about as “AP” and people in the forum talk about it should have ~710mm of pen, not the current 530mm.
But i guess it’s not Russian enough to get that.
dont worry its the same as the british 15inch guns not have HE shells for some reason its APC and SAP
HE shell on big gun are not that usefull isn’t it?
On secondary yep for coastal and light cruiser but on big gun, SAP, APs etc are better ?
HE shells can deal a decently large crew damage when hitting the super structure it also can cause a lot of fires
Alright, but with long reload i always thing that shell that explode inside have a way better impact on the fight.
I find it useful to have some of the BB bring HE shells, for when you fire at smaller things like a DD. I personally feel that they do more damage than AP or SAP sometimes, but that probably is just me
WW1 russian 12’’ AP shell actually have quite big cap.
I’m not sure about how big and heavy cap does Dunkerque has( I can’t distinguish from here)
so well, criteria matters, not soviet bias. If soviet bias exist on naval that big, Izmail won’t be that trash.
Dunkerque shells:
Nice cap to me.
Bonus:
Ive also got a 4090 that i run at 4k, im hoping to see the results
I think newest Mac runs it fine as well, even the M2 seem to be fine, I’m torturing mine RN
