I’ll ask a kind of stupid question…
How sure are we that teaser is supposed to drop today?
“While having similar weight” is the keyword here;
Merkava Mk.4 has been officially confirmed and verified to weight 80 tons, which explains why it can have such extaraordinary armor on such a large surface.
Gaijin just keeps rejecting the reports because apparently IDF Officers confirming that the tank weights 80 tons on the verified official IDF account isn’t a good enough source.
670mm KE, 750mm KE… won’t really make a difference gameplay wise.
On the other hand;
While this will be true, at least the tank would become a way better brawler/sniper thanks to its increased survivability.
But the difference would be even larger on Leclerc and Type 10’s case, given the nature of their powerplants.

Nothing I’m especially excited for this update outside of the scimitar, that and I got my J10 last update so I’m quite sated for the next long while. So I’m not aching for a teaser or blogs I’ve found :D

Well yes they have more than just the T-80, I was simplifying it. But given that to my knowledge their main and most modern MBTs are the T-84s and the VT-4s, I feel like they wouldn’t fit thematically with the rest of the tree but also it would be a disservice to make those premium.
At least the way I look at it, it’s as if there was a continual story going on in a series but then near the very end the story takes an unexpected branch somewhere. It’s not bad, but it also just doesn’t really fit with the rest of it. It’s like watching an animated show and at some point the animation/art style just changes; again, its not bad, it just doesn’t fit with the rest.
