I mean Italy already has the F16 (ik they used them for a brief period) so thats an american plane
Yeah i see what you want to say but Italy have used even if it was for a short period the f-16 and F-18 no so ; i’m not against this add but i don’t know they can justify this add that all

australian hornet would make more sense for british tech tree as it uses asraam so it would be more unique

my point is even if they would all be “as strong as they’re meant to be”, they still wouldn’t be balanced against each other. CR2’s mobility will ALWAYS be a big hinderance, just bc the Brits didn’t care to fit a better engine in (which is a problem for the whole dang tree but that’s a different topic).
And don’t forget that the stronger tanks like the 2A7V would have to get fixes too then, i.e. it having vastly underperforming hull armor; and the Leos would profit just as much from fixed mobility issues that plague every tank up there, not just the Leclerc or CR2.
on a side note, this thing has a much larger UFP section AND has the entire turret roof armored, im fairly sure it doesn’t have armour on par with tanks that focus their armour in much smaller areas while having similar weight, esp since it doesn’t outdate them by much in most cases. though I heard claims that it’s much heavier IRL than ingame, which would make sense for better armour, but then it would suffer even more when it comes to mobility.
Your argument on the Type 10 thread was that it focuses all the armour in one small spot, the Merkava 4 is pretty much the complete opposite.
