SM3 can launch in 20km, but need to fly towards SPAA, it’s in this image, launch in 20km and hit in 12km, and as I remember, the SM3 in this video is in extremely low speed to do this, but Tornado don’t need to.
the only problem would be Tornado’s bad fly performance.

Not directly, however every stream has been the day after the teaser, so it’s basically confirmed. Also, the order has been English - Russian for at least three updates by now.
