I think unless you want tech to be all over the place in completely random and incoherent places this isnt a hill you want to die on. The truth is many modern militaries are weird ‘emalgamations’ of Western and Eastern tech.
Remind that vihkr missles doesnt have a 20 km range, you can only compare the range of those missiles with the kh38…
it would be bad if they gave him only the laser-guided AASM without adding the other two versions
Finland and Germany absolutely deserve their Soviet/Warsaw Pact tech. Hungary being added to Italy, essentially due to WW2 connections deserve it too.
You don’t have to play the T-90S, the Super Hind, or the future Su-30MKI, but India is now stuck in the British Tree, and makes for a more interesting lineup.
If you want to purity spiral, you’re still allowed to have 5 different Chally 2’s and a Harrier and a Tornado and play on “hard mode”.
Or you could just enjoy the game for what it is, a game, and play with whatever gives you the best advantage. I do this when I play China, and it’s not bothersome in the slightest.

Lol I remember complaining about the only high tier / top tier IFV being premium, still remember when I was told “next update” and “just wait a couple of updates”.

I do want trees to be as unique as possible. I don’t see anything wrong with a nation not having access to some specific kind of weapon or vehicle at certain BR ranges, as that creates a more interesting gameplay dynamic than what we currently have at many BRs with almost all sides using the same vehicles even when most nations have their own unique vehicles available.

Kinda surprised that the KV-7 U-13 being in the trailer has kinda flown under the radar. While not directly stated in the leaks, it was heavily implied to be the event vehicle for Dreams Come True, but it was reveled in the trailer, which hasn’t happened for previous event vehicles for Dreams Come True.
Wouldn’t say that. Gaijin has, of late, been adding in a ton of prototype vehicles into tech trees, so it’s far from a guarantee.
That’s what the leaks implied, but it was revealed in the treiler which hasn’t been done before for any event vehicles, at least to my knowledge. Certainly not for Dreams Come True.
Which is what the SA Hind practically is to my understanding. About all it shares with Russian Hinds is the chassis, otherwise it’s all SA tech.
How dare Gaijin accomodate their largest playerbases that make them the most money! Oh the humanity!
I get that, but the SA Hind is not equivalent. It’s so heavily modified to the point where all it really shares with the base model is the chassis. What’s more important is that this is not copy-paste, which does far more damage to the uniqueness of techtrees then the cross pollination of Western and Eastern tech.

Overall, I think what you want is a very specific niche that isn’t going to be catered to (whether you think thats right or wrong) outside of maybe some changes to the Sim modes
Yeah it is Renown/Repulse, so maybe
So either Repulse for the TT as a lazy C&P for a new Rank VI (which would be ironic with Renown only at Rank V)
or its HE-VT shells for the Renown as they are currently missing
or its a new torp plane for japan
or its some new naval mechanic like AI aircraft in NAB/NRB or something like Naval Assault
