Browser plugin, however none of them are actually accurate. Just based on bunch of metrics and whatnot. Youtube doesnt release dislike information anywhere so they cant really get the true numbers.

Please give it a bit of a rest for now. You have made your personal feelings very clear, but there is no need to spam the topic so much with the same negatives / sarcasm over and over.
The Tornado GR.4 brings far more than just Brimstone, which you seem to be omitting. You are also forgetting battle ratings exist and things coming in the same update =/= they will be the same BR.
