Neither were IRST and HMD on the Yak-141. If mock-ups aren’t allowed, why do the suggestion rules permit them, and why has Gaijin added unfinished vehicles like that?

The Yak-141 was a functional aircraft and all of its weaponry existed.
Its not the same case here unfortunately. This is a CR.2 with a mock-up element stuck to its turret for demo purposes. It was never taken further.

The Challenger 2 Streetfighter II was a functional tank and all of its weaponry existed. Brimstones exist, they just weren’t fitted, but they were planned. I see no difference
The suggestion rules allow them as there are many cases where they are taken into consideration. In this case however, there is no shortage of Challenger 2 variants that are functional and fully existed. So this is not one planned to come to the game currently.
Sadly the launcher on the tank did not. So whilst I understand your point, this has already been concluded and is not the topic to discuss the matter further.

The EAP had no functional combat systems or detailed plans / weaponry tests like Yak-141 did at all. The two are not close at all. This has been discussed and answered many times.
EAP was a technology demonstrator. Yak-141 was a prototype combat aircraft.
