The point is that while shit under the hood can help a lot, there are still heavy limitations imposed by a vehicles age. The F-15, regardless of how good the radar and whatnot is will have inferior flight performance to airframes that came online in the 90s/early 2000s, and that isn’t easily rectified. The early Typhoons will have the same missiles that the MSIP has, with only a slightly lower amount, with a much better flight model.
Trying to explain that no, entirely new airframes that came online in 2003 are not equal to airframes from the 70s even if they are upgraded with roughly equivalent internals and payload.

Except the US has no fighters can that can compete in a dogfight with a typhoon except maybe the f22. Even then, the typhoon can win.
The point is balance won’t be achieved purely via FM Vs FM. It will be achieved mostly in loadout Vs loadout.F-15C and F-18C will have a stronger loadout.
That being said, F-15C has a slightly faster climb rate and a higher top speed to the typhoon which will give it slightly better range on the amraams
If you want to argue that the Europeans are so inept that they can’t make use of like 30 years in technological advancement to create a vastly superior airframe, be my guess.
Then again you say this like it hasnt been a problem in warthunder since the start of the game existence ie T2 for example
