Probably best thing they could have done is for instance giving the VT4 to Japan and China while the Subtree with the rest belongs to Japan so both nations get a bedder MBT.
Like the JaPa.K2 or the Ito 90 going to 2 Trees.

Getting a subtt doesn’t mean that you won’t be getting stuff like the type 625E.
