To look at it a different way, just due to the armament of the upcoming CF-18s, it’d just be the German F-4F ICE situation all over again.
Older frame/aircraft, but pushed way above its BR due to the armament.
So yeah, just having the EuroFighter / Australian Super Hornet makes more sense at that point

Even with the worse mobility it still has some armor, the 2A4M just gets lolpenned by most 600+mm pen darts. While the M1A1 AIM is pretty limited when it comes down to situational awareness and optics (citv is awesome).
Overall with a 5 second reload, which the CR3 should already have gotten, it would be better than both imo.

Tbh Germany is fine for now, its just German air that’s lacking if im correct.
So if anything I could see Germany only getting Switzerland as an Air Subtree to fill in some gaps.
But for Sweden, yeah anything goes really.
Sweden has Norway, Denmark, Finland, and whatever else

I really hope to get some better CAS options for Japan or at least bits of a subtree. (At this point any subtree, but I’m hoping Indonesia and Thailand)

I 100% agree. There are a lot of unique Norwegian vehicles that could be added if they weren’t reserved as exclusively premium
I’m sure you’ve seen this subtree suggestion. If you look past some of the C&P there are unique vehicles in there such as “NM116” and “Model 195 Luftvernpanservogn” in particular

I dont think they are gonna get better CAS at least not in this update, it seems the update is gonna focus on the CAS of Russia, America, Britain and France

Yes, though im sure it has a way to resupply them somehow and with the new resupply mechanic, limited ammo shouldnt be a major issue, but there just isnt any other good alternatives for Britain that doesnt involve a missile with 50km+ range
