Currently PESA just gives instantaneous scan over the entire scope. Since the SuE has a ground mod that does not work properly (only sees Ground AI on airfields), I can’t say how different they might be modeled compared to normal radars.
But my guess is that in game, they’ll mostly have better range and instantaneous scan, compared to normal radars, in the game

The PLZ05 was a further development of the PLZ45 using a domestic engine and transmission. This new vehicle received an automatic loader, similar to the Russian Msta-S, a laser rangefinder and an anti-fragment liner.
