It wasn’t especially early, and teasers almost always come on Thursday, so don’t get your hopes up for either.

Yes, however I can only remember a single teaser that didn’t release on Thursday, that being Air Superiority on a Wednesday.

None of the Block 1/2 Eurofighters had PIRATE initially. They entered service in 2003 and PIRATE only became available in 2007.
Block 5 had PIRATE fitted from the factory and all the Block 1/2 aircraft eventually got retrofitted to block 5 standard.
