Less connection then Canada, but still enough to make it make sense as a British subtree, especially if they are planning to rework subtrees, which I think they are based off the leaks.
As for Japan’s subtree, I honestly think Thailand is enough.
Not really, that leak list was in reference to the far and near future. Even if it does get some things wrong, that can easily be attributed to changing plans.
It also references an F-117 being added, which is consistent with leaks that have been, so far, entirely credible, being accurate with the implementation of a Russian copy paste boat, HE 177 w/ guided missiles, British Scimitar, and maybe the T77 as I am unaware of when exactly the leak was posted. Point is, there is no reason as of yet to doubt their credibility, especially when they haven’t been contradicted as of yet.
Practically everything approaching modern is also classified, and may as well be made up, so N. Korean vehicles won’t be much different.
It should also be noted that Europe, generally speaking, have closer cultural and historical connections owing to being on a contiguous landmass, and are on largely good terms. Singapore and Indonesia are relatively isolated and, more importantly, have strained relations with China.
2 possibilities.
Gaijin is just being lazy or stretched thim, and would rather give China a copy paste subtree then make a 5th Chinese line with domestic vehicles
Gaijin is reworking subtrees or the UI to either make multiple subtrees possible in the 5/7 lane system, or give nations the ability to have more then 5/7 lanes.
Hoping for 2, honestly. While there are a few nations out there that can do full TTs, they don’t exactly grow on trees. There are far more nations with a few interesting vehicles out there that can’t support a full tree that would be great to see as subtrees.
No. People also hate the fact that Gaijin is just giving France Leopards instead of buffing the Leclercs or giving France more indigenous vehicles.
By that logic, you could argue for PRC being a subtree for the US. About all they have in common is fighting Japan, and since then relations have deteriorated.
But in reality, until now, China still has only four sub-lines - the Chinese faction doesn’t even need any sub-lines, as long as it’s good enough. But apparently Gaijin did not make the Chinese faction “good enough”
Allow me to apologize, I don’t know how to quote. Singaporeans were Chinese who migrated to Southeast Asia 80 years ago, and I don’t know what Singapore thinks about China. But in terms of the “reason for the link between Italy and Hungary”, we not only fought together in the war 80 years ago, but also came from the same blood. This is much more closely linked than Italy and Hungary were 80 years ago – and of course, there are very few political ties now.
@NCC105
F-117 is officially late to the game since ground & air BRs were separated.
It’s an 8.0 bomber in air, and 10.x in ground.
F-117 is hilariously mid.
It’s not going to be useful with stealth regardless.
Stealth adds nothing outside air sim at this time as it’s not a fighter.
Stealth matters once it’s a fighter and doesn’t take predictable paths.
It’s easy to add “stealth mechanics”, radars can differentiate between a big plane like a bomber and a fighter, it’s already implemented in the game, just reduce the size of the default fighter and you have your stealth mechanics for the f117
When F-117 gets stealth, its playstyle doesn’t change.
Cause in ground RB IR locks it, and in air RB radar doesn’t exist to begin with [outside Vautour] cause it’s not going to be at those BRs due to how slow it is.
@CREELAST
What video game did you program stealth in?
